Ingredients

Boneless Chicken
1 kg
Cornflakes
500g
Dry red chili
10-12
Vinegar
2tbsps
Cornflour .
4 tbsps
Maida
1 cup
Ginger paste .
1 tbsp
Garlic paste .
1 tbsp
Egg
1
Salt per taste
Oil

Steps

  1. Wash the chicken pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Marination preparation: Add the red chilli paste, egg, maida, cornflour, garlic and ginger paste, synthetic vinegar and salt.
  3. Dry red chilli paste preparation: De-seed the chillies and soak them in a cup of hot water. Blend it to form a paste.
  4. Marinate the chicken piece for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile crush the cornflakes in a blender to form a coating mixture.
  5. Coat the chicken pieces in the cornflakes and shallow fry it in oil.
  6. Enjoy it with your choice of Sauce.
